TRSYM and Bruchou assist in issuance of Albanesi Class XX and XXI Notes

Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has assisted Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca, entities of Grupo Albanesi, in the issuance of their Class XX and Class XXI Negotiable Obligations for US $45,299,476. Bruchou & Funes De Rioja assisted the arrangers, underwriters and settlement agent.

The issuance was carried out on April 17th, under the framework of the Global Program for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a maximum amount of up to US $700,000,000, where the Class XX Notes were issued at a fixed rate of 9.5% nominal annual rate, maturing on July 27th, 2025, for a total amount of US $19,361,471; and the Class XXI Notes at a fixed rate of 5.5% nominal annual rate, maturing on April 17th, 2025, for a total amount of US $25,938,005.

The Class XX Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, while the Class XXI Notes are denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos.
