Two firms advises Grupo Vamos on the acquisition of DHL Tratores
Melcheds Advogados and Adalberto Calil Advogados advised Grupo Vamos on the acquisition of DHL Tratores for 120 million.
The acquisition of DHL Tratores increases from 29 to 35 the group’s dealerships dedicated to the sale of agricultural machinery under the Valtra and Fendt brands, which represent almost half of the company’s 74 points of sale.
Vamos is paying R$93 million for the equity and assuming a net debt of BRL 27 million. The payment will be BRL 32 million in cash, and the balance in four annual installments.
The deal adds BRL 230 million to the revenue of Vamos’ dealership segment, which closed last year at BRL 2.77 billion and accounts for 56% of Vamos’ revenue.

Adalberto Calil advised the same company, being represented by the partner Samara Lopes (pictured right).
