Two firms act on issuance of CRI by JFL
Timoner e Novaes Advogados and KLA acted on the transaction entailed the issuance of certificates of real estate receivables by Opea Securitizadora, backed by debentures issued by special purpose companies held by JFL.
Additionally, the special purpose companies issued commercial notes. The objective of both the certificates of real estate receivables and commercial notes was to finance JFL’s acquisition of high-end residential properties owned by the real estate investment fund HGRS11.
BR Partners was the leader coordinator of the distribution of the certificates of real estate receivables.
