Two firms act on the acquisition of Irapuru by Minerva
Stocche Forbes advised Minerva on the acquisition of 98% of the ordinary shares of Irapuru II Energia, a special purpose entity subsidiary of Elera Renováveis, which was advised by Mattos Filho.
The transaction, valued at BRL 20 million, aims to implement a self-production energy project using photovoltaic sources, with an aggregated installed capacity of 48.118 MWac, to be established in the city of Janaúba, in the state of Minas Gerais.
Through this transaction, Minerva will have enough energy to supply part of the consumption of 9 of its plants in Brazil.
