Two firms advise on the acquisition of Soft Film by Packing Group

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Packing Group on the acquisition of 100% of shares of Soft Film Industria e Comercio de Plásticos, which was advised by Madrona Fialho Advogados.

Soft Film is a leader in Brazil for films used in hygienic and disposable products, and its acquisition further solidifies Packing Group’s strength in the segment. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the competent authorities and the implementation of conditions precedent common in this type of deal.
