Two firms advised on the acquisition of Maxima Tech by Volaris

Mattos Filho advised Volaris Latam, (group of Constellation Software) on the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Maxima Tech which was advised by Lefosse.

Mattos Filho advised Volaris Latam and relied on partner Luciana Pietro Lorenzo (pictured left), and associates Juliana Katsue Motinaga Sato and Anna Luiza Pires da Costa Braga.

Lefosse represented the sellers, consisting of 8 individuals and relied on partners Sergio Machado; Renata Cardoso; Emmanuel Abrantes; counsel Fabio Perez; associates Aline Pardi; Paulo Correia; Guilherme Almeida and assistant Eros Lanzuolo.
