William Freire strengthens team with partner promotion
William Freire Advogados Associados announced the promotion of Ana Maria Damasceno (pictured) to the position of partner.
With a remarkable trajectory since 2013, Ana Maria has stood out as a specialist and leader in the Dispute Resolution and Land Affairs practice, as well as her role in coordinating the Trilhas Committee, dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion.
Ph.D. in Law candidate (UFMG) and with a Master’s in Law from UFOP Law School, she is widely recognized for her expertise in strategic sectors, including mining, energy, steelmaking, metallurgy, forestry, and agribusiness. Her work spans from pre-litigation phases to managing complex litigation, always focusing on providing personalized and efficient solutions to minimize risks and optimize conflict management.
