Two firms act on the acquisition of primary school C7S by Inspira
Fialho Salles Advogados advised Inspira Mudança Participações on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Sete de Setembro Colégios do Nordeste Ltda and Ipiranga Editora e Publicidade, companies that maintain Colégio Sete de Setembro, located in Fortaleza, State of Ceará. Focaccia, Amaral e Lamonica Advogados represented Educadora Sete de Setembro.
The transaction, which had already been approved by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), was concluded on January 13, 2023.
