Two firms on the acquisition of Primaveras Group by ParqueBrasil

Freitas Ferraz Advogados assisted ParqueBrasil Group, a group that has been revolutionizing the posthumous market in Brazil and that owns the only funeral services marketplace in the world, in the M&A transaction involving the acquisition of 50% of the holding company of Primaveras Group and its five controlled companies.

Primaveras is a group that has been operating in the sector for over 50 years, managing cemeteries and crematoriums, offering funeral plans, and providing funeral services in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, Brazil.

With the completion of the transaction, the founders of Grupo Primaveras and Grupo ParqueBrasil will jointly control the target companies, and together they intend to build the largest funeral group in Latin America.
