Strategic Partnership

Two law firms announce strategic partnership

The law firms Tolentino Advogados and Bueno, Mesquita e Advogados announced the association of their operations in the legal market.

The goal of the firms, besides expanding the scope of their operations, is to offer even more specialized services to current and new clients, exchanging legal experiences and making services more effective in complementary areas.

Even with the partnership in the offering of services, the offices will remain independent.

Tolentino Advogados was founded 34 years ago and focuses mainly on Strategic Litigation, Arbitration, business consulting, and corporate matters, with strong expertise in the mining and steel, financial, public, and transportation sectors. The know-how acquired throughout the firm’s trajectory will reinforce Bueno, Mesquita e Advogados’ services, enabling the growth of its performance through the broad experience of its professionals.

Bueno, Mesquita e Advogados has a decade of experience focused on agribusiness clients, in all their demands, working mainly with land, real estate, environmental, labor, and contractual law. The firm will add to Tolentino Advogados a vast knowledge in this sector, making it possible to expand the portfolio of services offered, without altering the already consolidated performance in other legal areas.

The association will also expand the territorial operation of the firms, allowing a broader and more effective service to the market. Tolentino Advogados is based in Belo Horizonte (MG), while Bueno, Mesquita e Advogados is based in São Paulo. Together, the offices will maintain advanced structures in Ribeirão Preto, Maringá (PR), and Brasília (DF), consolidating their operations nationwide.

With this strategic partnership, the firms will be able to offer even more specialized legal advice to their clients, keeping them as the central focus of their work and working together to provide services that, besides being personalized, will be innovative and more comprehensive.
