VBSO advises BTG on structuring and public offering of a FICFIDC
VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the structuring and public offering of the 1st issuance of quotas by Artesanal BTG CDI+ FICFIDC Responsabilidade Limitada.
The FICFIDC invests exclusively in shares of the Artesanal Crédito Estruturado II FIDC Responsabilidade Limitada. The target fund actively seeks investment opportunities in fixed income assets with returns higher than the CDI.
