VBSO advises Grupo Solar in the issuance CRA
VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the structuring and issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates – CRA for the 69th issuance of True Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 50 million.
The CRA were subject to a public offering intermediated by Banco Itaú BBA., pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
The deal was led by the partner José Alves Ribeiro Júnior (pictured) and associates Clarissa Rangel Pradel, Guilherme Pereira Rodrigues Vieira, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto, Barbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem and Luís Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
