VBSO advises Terra Analytics on investment made by Fram Capital

VBSO Advogados advised Terra Analytics, a Brazilian AgriTech start-up, that has raised an investment made by Fram Capital.

Under a convertible loan agreement, the investment made by Fram Capital will be allocated towards the development and operation of a digital platform with the following purpose: access to public information related to rural real estate; marketplace for buying, selling and leasing rural real estate; and socio-environmental and land risk classification of rural real estate.

The deal was led by the partner Renata Simon (pictured) and associates Rodrigo Felli Paes de Barros and Gabriel Maurício Gelman Arisa.
