VBSO and SNA act on CRA’s issuance of Tracbel Agro
VBSO advised Tracbel; Santos Neto Advogados advises Itaú BBA on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 268th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio (Ecoagro), backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Tracbel Agro, as per CVM 160. Distribution of CRAs was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Banco Itaú BBA.
The total amount of the issue was BRL 350 million.
