VBSO assists Tramontina in issuing CRI
VBSO Advogados assisted Tramontina S.A. Cutelaria in the public distribution in a single series, of the 15th issue of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables issued by Opea Securitizadora, based on the CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009.
The operation was intermediated by Banco Safra, wich was advised by Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados. The total amount of the issue was R$ 100 million.
