Veirano advise Iter Parques Caracol in a public bid
Veirano Advogados advised on the consortium ‘Novo Caracol’, formed between Iter Parques Caracol (part of the economic group of Bondinho Pão de Açucar, in Rio de Janeiro) and Pianura in the participation in a public bid organized by the State Government of Rio Grande do Sul for the concession of the Caracol’s and Tainhas’ parks.
This concession is an important milestone in Iter’s expansion beyond Rio de Janeiro.
The transaction value was BRL 150 million
