Veirano act as deal counsel on the Cibra OCP issuance
Veirano Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering of senior quotas of the 1st issuance of Cibra OCP Fiagro Direitos Creditórios Comerciais Responsabilidade Limitada, an agribusiness production chains investment fund, in the ‘receivable rights’ category, managed by Opea Gestora de Recursos, in the amount of BRL 97,5 million.
Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acted as lead underwriter.
