Veirano act on acquisition of SEEDCORP|HO by Bunge and UPL
Veirano Advogados advised Bunge and UPL (thorugh its subsidiary Advanta Seeds) entered into an agreement to acquire 40% of SEEDCORP|HO (20% each).
SEEDCORP/HO is a soybean genetics company with operations in Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. The transaction, whose estimated value was not disclosed, will have to be approved by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
