Veirano acted as deal counsel on the Tegra’s CRI issue
Veirano acted as deal counsel on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of True Securitizadora, on the total amount of BRL 322 million.
The CRI were backed by commercial notes issued by Tegra Incorporadora.
The company has committed to obtain, in the future, the certification of CRI as “green”. Banco Votorantim acted as the lead underwriter.
