Veirano adds partner in infrastructure finance
Veirano Advogados has appointed José Guilherme do Nascimento Malheiro as partner in São Paulo, bolstering the firm’s Infrastructure Finance and Debt Capital Markets practice. The move brings more than 12 years of transactional experience to the team, with a focus on debt transactions in both Brazilian and international markets, particularly in connection with infrastructure projects.
José Guilherme holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in the physical and regulatory aspects of the electricity sector from the Brazilian Association of Electric Energy Companies (ABCE). Throughout his career, he has participated in domestic and cross-border transactions spanning infrastructure, energy, financial markets and capital raising, representing lenders, financiers, issuers and investors.
