Veirano advise on Thermas das Águas de São Pedro issuance
Veirano Advogados advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira and Thermas das Águas de São Pedro in its first issuance of commercial notes, in the total amount of BRL 110 million.
The net proceeds obtained by the Issuer from the Issuance will be allocated to the prepayment of a financial agreement entered into with Itaú; and for the issuer’s working capital.
