Veirano advise on WLM first issuance of commercial notes
Veirano Advogados advised Caixa Econômica Federal and WLM Participações e Comércio de Máquinas e Veículos on its first issuance of commercial notes, in the total amount of BRL 100 million.
The net proceeds obtained by the Issuers from the issuance will be fully allocated to general investments in the issuer.
Veirano acted as deal counsel and relied on senior associate Victor Henrique Baptistin (pictured), associate Felipe Figuerola Tenerelli and intern Victoria Magno.
