Veirano advised investors on acquisition of gaming company Rockhead

Veirano Advogados acted for Brazilian investment fund Fundo Primatec on its acquisition of Rockhead. 

Rockhead creates games for mobile devices, tablets, consoles, PC and web. The company is based in Porto Alegre and its portfolio includes games such as Ronaldinho Super Dash and Master Of Words. 

Fundo Primatec is a Brazilian investment fund focusing on financing startups and tech companies.

Partner Carlos Alexandre Lobo led the Veirano team advising the investors.
