Veirano and Cescon Barrieu advise on the Paramis BR issue

Veirano advised Paramis BR Investimentos, as the manager of RIFF Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa, in its first public offering of quotas, in the amount of BRL 150 million.

Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Itáu BBA.
