Veirano and Freitas Leite advise on the acquisition of JM by Mills
Veirano Advogados advised Mills, Latin America’s leading company in the rental of lifting platforms and highly complex constructions, on the acquisition of JM Empilhadeiras, a company recognized in the forklift rental sector for its extensive know-how and quality, which was advised by Freitas Leite Advogados.
This acquisition, worth R$ 279 million, represents an opportunity for Mills to strengthen its relationship with customers and is in line with its strategy of becoming a one-stop-shop rental company, increasing its addressable market by more than R$ 10 billion.
