Veirano and I2A act in the Vortx’s investment in Investtools

Veirano Advogados advised Investtools, I2A advised Vortx that made an additional investment in Investtools Tecnologia em Informática, which resulted in an increase of the equity interest of Vortx in Investtools to 25%.

The transaction was structured through a tranfer by Vortx to Investtools of 100% of its equity interest in the company Vorasys Bcinf Sistemas e Serviços.

Veirano Advogados advised Investtools and relied on partner Guilherme Monteiro (pictured left) and associate Carolina Villela.

I2A Advogados advised Vértera Holding (Vortx) and relied on partner Marcos Sader (pictured right) and associate Alexis Borowik Rosa.
