Veirano and Machado Meyer advise on Tegra’s CRI offering
Veirano advised Tegra Incorporadora on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of Opea Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 250 million.
The CRI was backed by real estate credits from the private offering of debentures ofthe 4th issuance of Tegra Incorporadora. Machado Meyer advised Itaú BBA and Banco Safra, as underwriter.
