Veirano and Stocche Forbes advise on Tecnologia Bancária issue
Veirano advised the issuer and Stocche Forbes advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 8th issuance of debentures of Tecnologia Bancária, in a single tranche, in the total amount of BRL 280 million.
Tecnologia Bancária is a company specialized in managing banking self-service networks, recognized for its high levels of availability, quality, and security. Its main focus is as an external network for banks.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, payment of debts and/or reinforcement of operating expenditures, as applicable, in the ordinary course of Tecnologia Bancária’s business.
