Two firms advised on the acquisition of Magna by AlmavivA
Benetti & Giammarino Advogados advised AlmavivA Group, an Italian group which is one of the largest BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and technology services providers worldwide, on the acquisition of 51% of the Magna Group, a Brazilian group that provides IT solutions to private and public companies in Brazil, currently composed by Magna Sistemas Consultoria (now renamed to AlmavivA Solutions) and Pyxisinfo Tecnologia, from its two founders, who were advised by the legal team of Mattos Filho Advogados.
The transaction value was BRL 340 million.
Benetti & Giammarino relied on led by partners Eduardo Benetti and Pedro Giammarino and associate Mayara Sanches.
Mattos Filho advised the Dias family, shareholders of Magna Sistemas Consultorias, and relied on partners Camilla Martes (São Paulo) and Moacir Zilbovicius (São Paulo) and lawyers Fabiana Rocha Pasmanik (São Paulo), Mariana Brode Herzka (São Paulo), Melissa Facco (São Paulo) and Beatriz Cukierkorn Martins (São Paulo).

PwC was Magna and Sellers’ financial advisor, with a team led by partner Fabio Niccheri, and analysts Fabio Brazzale, Jenny Lai and Igor Buscariolli.
