Vinatea & Toyama boosts labor law practice with two new partners

Vinatea & Toyama, Peru’s leading labor law firm, has announced the appointment of Fabiola Maza (pictured left) and Alfonso Y. Higa García (pictured right) as new partners, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence and specialization in labor law.

Fabiola Maza brings 13 years of professional experience to her new role, specializing in labor relations, productive decentralization, and corporate restructuring. Alfonso Higa contributes over 12 years of expertise in designing and executing strategies for managing labor litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration.

These appointments bring the total number of partners at Vinatea & Toyama to eleven, further strengthening the firm’s position as a leader in Peruvian labor law. The expansion of the partnership reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in talent development and its dedication to providing strategic, high-impact advice to clients.
