Viseu Advogados announces a new partner

Viseu Advogados announced Priscila Farisco (pictured) as a new partner. With 25 years of career, Priscila is an experienced attorney in national and international tax planning and consulting, especially in the legal structuring of new businesses, venture capital and startups, expansion and remodeling of pre-existing businesses, debt restructuring, formatting of fund raising in the equity market or in the financial and capital markets, besides acting in the tax aspects of wealth planning, asset protection and succession planning.

During her career, Priscila has worked at KPMG (big four audit company) and at renowned law firms such as Felsberg, Velloza e Girotto, Mattos Filho, Madrona, and finally Mattos Engelberg.

With Priscila’s joining, Viseu now has 14 partners, 8 of whom are women, and a total of 220 lawyers, 75% of whom are women.
