Viseu Advogados has announced Antonielle Freitas as its DPO (Data Protection Officer)
Viseu Advogados has announced Antonielle Freitas (pictured) as its DPO (Data Protection Officer). Besides the position of DPO, Antonielle will be responsible for the Compliance Program and will be the head of the Data Protection area, providing consultancy on LGPD for the firm’s clients.
The professional had already worked at Viseu since 2021, allocated to a special project in the Data Protection area at Natura & CO. In her 20-year professional history, Antonielle has worked at Bompreço, Walmart, Machado Meyer, and finally at her own data protection consulting firm.
Antonielle has a degree from the State University of Ponta Grossa – UEPG, post-graduated in digital law from Escola Brasileia de Direito – EBD and in civil procedural law from Pontifica Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP. She is also certified as a DPO by EXIN (institute that certifies digital professionals) and is a member of ANPPD – National Association of Data Privacy Professionals.
