VPBG Advogados presents a new partner
VPBG – Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados, Dentons’ strategic alliance in Brazil, welcomed Pedro G. Seraphim (pictured) who joins as partner in the firm’s São Paulo office.
With more than 30 years of experience, his areas of focus include project finance, energy, infrastructure, natural resources, biofuels and defense.
Mr. Seraphim has extensive experience in conducting and negotiating projects, highly complex mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as assisting international clients in the negotiation of supply, maintenance, logistics and other contracts with the Brazilian military.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Seraphim assisted clients in all aspects related to energy and project development including corporate and regulatory matters, structuring project contracts and financing structures and for several years, he was an officer of the Power Law Committee with the International Bar Association.
Pedro attended the Academy of American and International Law, organized by The Center for American and International Law, based in Dallas, TX, USA.
