VPBG appoints a new partner
Vella Pugliese Buosi and Guidoni Advogados (VPBG) has appointed Anne Chang (pictured) as a new partner.
With more than 160 professionals – the firm has made significant strides in 2022 with the opening of a new office in Ribeirão Preto and the appointment of five partners.
With the appointment of Chang, the firm will be better positioned to meet the needs of all of its clients.
Anne Chang specializes in M&A and Investments and holds a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a degreee in financial markets from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Prior to joining VPGB, Anne worked in large law firms and renowned investment consultancies.
She is currently the Director of the Berkeley Global Society Institute of Technology and a co-author of books and articles, including the whitepaper “Blockchain and Health IT: Algorithms, Privacy and Data” (MIT Experimental Learning, 2016).
She is also a resident mentor at Eretz.Bio, B2Mamy (female-oriented) and ABStartups.
