VPBG presents a new of counsel in Brazil
Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados welcomed Of Counsel Gustavo Lourenço Quiterio (pictured), strengthening the corporate M&A team in the VPBG São Paulo office.
Gustavo has more than 20 years of experience in both large national and international firms. He has worked in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring transactions, capital markets, private equity, venture capital and contract law.
Additionally, he holds a LL.M. from Stanford Law School, where he focused his studies on corporate governance.
