ZBV and PAGBAM help in issuance of Cresud’s Class XLI and XLII Notes

Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados has advised Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria (Cresud), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has advised the underwriters, in the issuance of Class XLI and XLII Notes.

The issue was made on 4 April under the Global Programme for the issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a nominal value of up to USD 500,000,000.

The Class XLI Notes were issued for a total par value of ARS $4,147,329,600, maturing on 4 October 2024, at a variable interest rate and at an issue price of 100% of the par value; and the Class XLII Notes for a total par value of USD $30,045,566, maturing on 4 May 2026, at an interest rate of 0.00% and at an issue price of 100% of the par value.

The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (Mercado Abierto Electrónico).

BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Patagonia, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Facimex Valores, Max Capital, Banco Supervielle, Balanz Capital Valores, Puente Hnos, Petrini Valores, Invertir en Bolsa and Latin Securities acted as underwriters.
