ZBV and PAGBAM in new issue of IRSA Notes

Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados has advised IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima (IRSA), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class XVIII and Class XIX Notes.

The issuance took place on 28 February, under the framework of the Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a nominal value of up to USD 750,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), where the Class XVIII Notes were issued for a total nominal value of USD 21,408,926. 926, maturing on 28 February 2027, at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 7.00% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value; and the Class XIX Notes for a total nominal value of ARS 26,203,845,375, maturing on 28 February 2025, at a variable interest rate and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value.

The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (Mercado Abierto Electrónico).
