PPU counsels ADP on $3.5 million placement

PPU has advised Aeropuertos del Perú on a 13 million soles bond issue

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has counselled ADP, as originator of a securitisation trust, in the negotiation and private placement of a third bond issue, amounting to approximately PEN 13’000,000.00, (US$ 3.5 million) under its first bond programme. The proceeds of this third placement are earmarked for corporate purposes.

This structuring, closed on February 10th, will allow ADP to use as collateral the payments made by the Peruvian Government as part of the concession contract.

Credicorp Capital Sociedad Titulizadora S.A. acted as lender, with Rodrigo Elias & Medrano advising on the transaction.

Aeropuertos del Perú S.A. is a concessionaire, operating since 2006, in charge of the first group of regional airports operating in northern Peru; as well as in Pucallpa and Pisco.
