WM&T and Lefosse advise on EMS debentures issue

WM&T Advogados acted as legal advisor to the company and Lefosse, from the bank

 

WM&T Advogados advised EMS in the 3rd debenture issue, totaling R$ 220 million.

The offering was carried out under the terms of CVM Instruction 476, and the lead coordinator was Banco Itaú BBA, assisted by Lefosse.
