Veirano act as deal counsel in public offering of Hospital Care group
Veirano Advogados advised Hospital Care group and the underwriters BTG Pactual and Itaú BBA in the offering.
Hospital Vera Cruz S.A., controlled company of Hospital Care Caledonia, executed, through the securitization company True Securitizadora, a public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) backed by real estate credit notes (CCI).
The total amount was R$ 150 million.
