BMA expands its practice with the announcement of a new partner
BMA Advogados has announced the hiring of Tatiana Dratovsky Sister (pictured left) as a new partner for the Commercial Contracts and Franchising area. With more than 20 years of experience in the civil and commercial areas for both consultancy and litigation matters, Tatiana will structure this new practice area to expand the firm’s portfolio of services.
Tatiana is a full member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP); of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commercial Law and Practice Committee, and of the New Member Admission and Legal Studies Committees of the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF).
The lawyer holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Commercial Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC) and is the author of the book “Franchise Agreements: Origin, Legislative Evolution and Controversies”, published by Editora Almedina in 2021.
