Pinheiro Neto advises on debenture issuance of Âmbar Energia
Pinheiro Neto represented XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Âmbar Energia on the first issuance of debenture, of Âmbar Energia, pursuant to CVM 476.
The net proceeds raised through the Issuance will be used to reinforce the Issuer’s working capital or purchase fuel.
