KLA advises Anima Educação on the acquisition of IBCMED

KLA Advogados advises Ânima Educação on the acquisition of the remaining 49% of the capital of IBCMED. The transaction value was BRL 90 million.

In full growth, with lato sensu postgraduate courses in more than 30 medical specialties and subspecialties, in addition to students from all Brazilian states, IBCMED is a pillar in Inspirali’s strategy. In addition to the immediate creation of value, the anticipation of the acquisition is in line with the plans to intensify the construction of the lifelong learning platform, thus allowing greater integration of IBCMED with Inspirali’s medical schools and its organic continuing education projects . In this way, the transaction allows the guidance of IBCMED’s growth and the deepening and anticipation of the capture of synergies.
