SNA advises JOST on the acquisition of Crenlo Brasil
SNA – Santos Neto Advogados, together with Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, a New York law firm, advised JOST, a leading global producer and supplier of safety-critical systems for the commercial vehicle industry, on the acquisition of Crenlo do Brasil from Crenlo Engineered Cabs, a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, LLC.
Headquartered in Guaranésia, in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Crenlo do Brasil produces applications for the off-highway and agricultural machinery industry. It counts a wide range of major global blue-chip original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) active in Brazil among its customers.
