Demarest advise Oaktree on the acquisition of Aqseptance Group
Demarest Advogados advised Oaktree, together with Weil, Gotshall & Manges LLP, on the Brazilian arm of the acquisition of 100% of Aqseptance Group, whose activities involve the manufacture of industrial filter systems with applications in O&G, pulp and paper, mining, OEM, food and beverages and architecture.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
