Multiple firms act on OceanPact Maritime Services debenture issue

Several law firms advised on the 4th issuance of non-convertible secured debentures, for public distribution, by OceanPact Serviços Marítimos, for public offering, pursuant to CVM 160.

The underwriters of the offering were Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Votorantim and Banco ABC Brasil. The proceeds from the offering totaled R$500 million.
