Lefosse and Lobo de Rizzo act on TAG issuance
Lefosse acted as advisor for Transportadora Associada de Gás – TAG, in the 2nd issuance of non-convertible debentures, in single series, in the total amount of BRL 600 million, pursuant to CVM 160.
Lobo de Rizzo advised Banco Itaú BBA and Banco Safra, as the underwriters of the offering.
