BMA advise MPAR on the acquisition of shares issued by Multiplan
BMA advised Multiplan Participações (MPAR) on the acquisition of shares issued by Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários, held by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through the exercise of the right of first opportunity provided in the shareholders’ agreement of the company.
The transaction value was approximately BRL 2.47 billion
