Tauil & Chequer and Machado Meyer act on EcoRioMinas issue
Tauil & Chequer and Machado Meyer advised on the syndicated debt operation, representing the 4th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, with a real guarantee and an additional personal guarantee, in 5 series, of EcoRioMinas Concessionária de Rodovias, in the total amount of R$ 7,320,612,000.00 (seven billion, three hundred and twenty million, six hundred and twelve thousand reais), under the terms of CVM Resolution 160.
The financing will make it possible to improve the BR-116, BR-465 and BR-493 highways, and will bring greater safety, efficiency and economic growth to 36 municipalities in Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais.
Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown advised EcoRioMinas Concessionária de Rodovias and relied on partner Luis Otero Montes (pictured left) and associate Camila Spinola, both from Banking and Finance.
