Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer advised on the PBG issue
Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer advised on the 6th issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the secured type, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, by PBG, in accordance with CVM 160.
The transaction value was BRL 300 million. The proceeds were used to repay/redeem some debts of the company.
